How It Works

Important Safety Information

• Boxed Warning: Mounjaro carries a boxed warning regarding the risk of thyroid C-cell tumors. It is contraindicated in patients with a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC) or Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN 2).
• Warnings & Precautions: Monitor for pancreatitis, hypoglycemia (especially with concomitant insulin secretagogues), severe gastrointestinal disease, acute kidney injury from dehydration, and acute gallbladder disease.
