Fildena CT 100mg contains sildenafil citrate equivalent to 100mg of sildenafil. Sildenafil works by inhibiting PDE5, an enzyme that breaks down cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP). This helps maintain increased blood flow to the penis when sexual stimulation occurs, supporting the ability to achieve and maintain an erection.

Sildenafil does not cause an erection without sexual stimulation and does not increase sexual desire.

Fildena CT 100mg may be prescribed for:

• Erectile dysfunction (ED)
• Difficulty achieving an erection
• Difficulty maintaining an erection sufficient for sexual activity

It does not treat the underlying causes of ED and does not protect against sexually transmitted infections.

How Sildenafil Works

Sexual stimulation causes the release of nitric oxide in the erectile tissue. This increases cGMP, which relaxes smooth muscle and increases blood flow into the penis.
